As an experienced doula and lactation professional, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support before, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me get to know you & understand your particular needs, as every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different. Antepartum Support

$40-$45 per hour

Some pregnancies are more complicated than others. Those on bed rest or experiencing a high-risk pregnancy — may need extra support before their baby arrives. A doula helps to reduce the stress of the day-to-day details, allowing you and your family to prepare for your newest member. As your doula, I will help you find a sense of calm while planning for the upcoming birth, and encourage communication between you and your caregiver.

Services can include (But aren't limited to):

  • Assistance with daily household tasks.

  • Meal planning & preparation.

  • Running errands.

  • Assistance with organizing & planning the nursery and preparing for your baby.

  • Resources and referrals as necessary.

Minimum of 4 hours of daytime support.

Birth Doula Services


After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the well being of your growing family, available whenever needed by phone throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.

Services include:

  • Phone, Zoom or in-person initial consultation

  • 3-4 in-person/virtual prenatal visits including a childbirth education class, a breastfeeding class and help preparing your birth plan.

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support in pregnancy and early labor

  • Continuous in-person/virtual support during active labor

  • On-call status 24/7 until you have your baby

  • Use of items my doula tool kit, such as a TENS unit, rebozo, acupressure, peanut ball & birth ball.

  • Referrals as needed

  • Phone check-in at 24-36 hours postpartum

  • In-person check in at your home in the first week after birth

  • Phone/text check ins for the first 6 weeks after birth

Postpartum Support

$40-$45 per hour

Get extra in home support after the birth of your baby. As your postpartum doula, I make the transition home easier and happier for everyone. Postpartum doulas offer non-medical, non-judgmental, evidence based information and provide in home care to the whole family in the 4th trimester.

Services can include (but aren't limited to):

  • Breastfeeding and pumping support.

  • Newborn feeding support.

  • Infant development education.

  • Newborn care education and support.

  • Assistance in processing your birth experience.

  • Soothing techniques.

  • Assistance in helping baby develop healthy sleep habits.

  • Ensuring maximum rest for parents.

  • Observing parents for signs & symptoms of postpartum mood disorders.

  • Resources and referrals as necessary.

Daytime support is a minimum of 4 hours and night time support is a minimum of 8 hours.

I also offer virtual postpartum support!

Lactation Education & Support

$65- 1 hour virtual consult

$100- 1.5 hour in home consult

$125- 2 hour private prenatal breastfeeding class

As a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor and a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) exam candidate, I am trained and passionate about providing education and support to families throughout their breastfeeding journey. I am available to provide breastfeeding support both before and after the birth of your baby either in person in your home or to answer questions over the phone or online.

Services offered:

  • Prenatal education

  • Hands on breastfeeding instruction & support

  • Hands on pumping instruction & support

  • Assistance with positioning and latching

  • Assistance with breastfeeding challenges (sore, cracked, and/or bleeding nipples, engorgement, oversupply, plugged ducts, etc.)

  • Guidance with expressing/pumping breast milk, introducing the bottle and returning to work

  • Resources and referrals as necessary
