LACTATION SUPPORT SERVICES
I provide breastfeeding support both before and after the birth of your baby.
Consultations are available in your home, my office or virtually.
I am passionate about providing education and support to families throughout their breastfeeding and lactation journeys.
AS A BOARD CERTIFIED LACTATION CONSULTANT I CAN ASSIST YOU WITH:

Prenatal breastfeeding & lactation education to help things off to the best start!

Hands on breastfeeding instruction & support

Hands on pumping instruction & support

Breast pump flange fitting

Assistance with latching & positioning

Solutions for your breastfeeding challenges (sore, cracked, and/or damaged nipples, engorgement, clogged ducts, mastitis, low milk supply, over supply, etc.)

Guidance for oral restrictions (lip, cheek & tongue ties)
-
Guidance with expressing/pumping, introducing a bottle and returning to work

Resources and referrals as necessary
INSURANCE COVERAGE:
I am in-network with Aetna insurance, Health Partners of Northern California, Networks by Design, Tricare and United Healthcare!
I am also partnered with The Lactation Network and am currently able to accept a variety of PPO insurance plans, including Anthem, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Cigna PPO, CHAMPVA & Multiplan plans.
You may be eligible for at least 6 lactation visits that are covered by your insurance!

If your insurance is pre-approved, you will owe nothing on the day of the appointment.
If insurance cannot be pre-approved, you will owe your consult fee in full when you schedule your appointment (see fee schedule below).
If you have a insurance plan that doesn't cover my services AND you can not afford the fees below please reach out for information on discounted services.
Finances should not determine whether you can get quality lactation support.
*Discounted visits are only offered at my Modesto office.

VISITS & FEES:
SELF PAY OFFICE VISIT:
1.5 hour Initial consultations are $150
1 hour Follow-up consultations are $100
1 hour Virtual consultations are $100
1 hour Prenatal consultations (virtual or in-office) are $75
1 hour Back to work consultations (virtual or in-office) are $100
Self-pay clients must make payment in full in order to book an appointment.
SELF PAY IN HOME VISITS:
1.5 hour Initial consultations are $175
1 hour Follow-up consultations are $125
1 hour 1 hour Prenatal consultations are $100
1 hour Back to work consultations are $125

TRAVEL FEES:
NO travel fees: Manteca, Ripon, Escalon, Salida, Modesto, Ceres, Riverbank, Lathrop, French Camp, Stockton & Tracy.
Additional $50 travel fee for self pay clients located in: Mountain House, Hughson, Hilmar, Keyes, Denair, Turlock, Waterford, Linden, Acampo, Lodi, Woodbridge & Lockeford.
Additional $100 travel fee to ALL clients located in: Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Livermore, Dublin & Pleasanton.
Those located outside of these areas are welcome to travel to my Modesto office location for an appointment.
OTHER FEES:
Phone calls for in-depth questions (all self-pay) are $25 (limit of 30 minutes).
Initial visits include 1 week of follow up support by secure messaging, email, or text.
Continued support is available for a weekly fee of $50.
Additional $50 fee for twins
Appointments scheduled on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday are subject to an additional $25 fee.
CANCELATIONS:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $75, which is not covered by insurance.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, will be charged the full amount of the visit.
If a payment was already made and the appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, payment will not be refunded
