POSTPARUM SUPPORT SERVICES
As an experienced postpartum doula, I pride myself on providing you and your family with care, understanding, information & support before and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me get to know you and your particular needs, as every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different.
Postpartum Support Fees & Details
$50/ hour
Get extra in home support after the birth of your baby. As a postpartum doula, I make the transition home easier and happier for everyone. Postpartum doulas offer non-judgmental, evidence based information and provide in home care to the whole family in the 4th trimester.
Services can include (but aren't limited to):

Assistance in processing your birth experience

Assistance in helping baby develop healthy sleep habits

Observing parents for signs & symptoms of postpartum mood disorders
