1.5 hour Initial In-Office Consultations

An initial in office consultation includes a thorough health history of parent and infant(s), assessment of breastfeeding/pumping, hands on assistance with breastfeeding/pumping issues, weighted feeding, physical and oral assessment of infant(s), flange fitting, and a customized plan of care to help you meet your goals.

1 hour In-Office Follow-up consultations

An in office follow up consultation for existing clients.

1 hour virtual follow up consultations

A virtual follow up consultation for existing clients via Google Meet.

Prenatal consultations (virtual or in office)

$100

1 hour long personalized prenatal lactation appointment taught in office or virtual.

​

A prenatal education appointment that covers basic breastfeeding as well as health history to discuss any pre-existing conditions and previous breastfeeding experience. Highly recommended for first time breast feeders and those who previously had a challenging breastfeeding journey

(including those who want to exclusively pump!)

Each class includes:

• Anatomy and physiology of making milk

• How to know if your baby is getting enough

• What to expect in the early days and weeks of breastfeeding

• Latching and breastfeeding positions

• Trouble shooting common breastfeeding challenges

• Oral restrictions (tongue & lip ties)

• Prenatal colostrum harvesting & hand expression

• Storage and handling breast milk

• Introducing a bottle & pumping

• Going back to work & breastfeeding

• Ways to include your partner

 

Professional flange fitting  consult (in office only)

$100

 1 hour personalized consult includes assistance with:

• Measurements done by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

• Ability to demo different sizes and styles of flanges to determine the best fit for you!

• Personalized guidance on using your pump efficiently to maintain your milk supply

• Troubleshooting to address any current pumping issues

 1 hour personalized consult includes assistance with:

• Finding the right breast pump to meet your needs

• Flange fitting

• Guidance on how to use your pump efficiently to maintain your milk supply

• Assistance creating a schedule to maintain your milk supply

• Guidance on creating a milk "stash"

• Best practices for bottle feeding your baby while away

TRAVEL FEES:

​​​

​A travel fee  may be applicable  for insurance clients for home visits.

Please reach out to discuss.

OTHER FEES:

• Phone calls for in-depth questions, up to 30 minutes $25.

• Initial visits include 1 week of follow up support by secure messaging, email, or text.

• Continued support is available for a weekly fee of $50.

• Additional $50 fee for twins (self pay only).

​CANCELLATIONS:

Appointments  cancelled  with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $75 to the credit card on file.  If  intake paperwork, insurance information and/or applicable travel fees are not received within 12 hours of  scheduled appointment time appointments will be cancelled & the credit card on file will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If a payment was already made and the appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, the payment made will not be refunded.
