LACTATION + FEEDING SUPPORT
I provide lactation + feeding support both before and after the birth of your baby.
Lactation consultations are available virtually, in your home, or in my office in Manteca, CA.
In home lactation support is available for an additional fee and dependent on location and availability.
AS A BOARD CERTIFIED LACTATION CONSULTANT I CAN ASSIST YOU WITH:

Prenatal breastfeeding & lactation education to help get your journey off to the best start!

Help with breastfeeding, including latching & positioning your baby.

Help figuring out how to use your breast pump & which pump is the best for your situation.

Professional flange fitting to help increase milk supply & make pumping more efficient.

Solutions for common breastfeeding challenges like sore, cracked, and/or damaged nipples, engorgement, clogged ducts & mastitis.

Personalized help increasing low milk supply or decreasing an over supply.

Advanced training in oral restrictions (lip, cheek & tongue ties).

Help with returning to work while breastfeeding & pumping
-
Assistance with introducing a bottle and bottle refusal.

Resources and referrals to other providers as necessary.

If your insurance is pre-approved, you will owe nothing on the day of the appointment.

Initial In-Office Consult

1.5-hour appointment that includes:

Thorough health history of parent and infant(s)

Hands on assistance with breastfeeding/pumping issues,

Weighted feeding

Physical and oral assessment of infant(s),

Flange fitting (if needed/time allows)

Follow-Up Consults
$100
1- hour follow up consultation for existing clients who have already completed an initial consult and need continued support to reach feeding goals. Available in-office & virtually on Google Meet.
Flange Fitting

1-hour personalized consult offered in-office only.

Bottle Feeding Consult
$100
1-hour personalized consult offered in-office only.
Includes:

Guidance with bottle refusal and other bottle related feeding issues.

Ability to demo different bottles to determine the best bottle options for your baby.

These consults are meant for babies under 6 months and are available for both breastmilk & formula fed babies.
Self-Pay Fees + In-Home Visits
Home visits are offered based on availability and scheduling capacity.
If a home visit isn't available, virtual and in-office consults are also offered to ensure you get the timely support when you need it.

Initial In-Home Consult

1.5- hour initial in-home consult for those located in - Manteca, Ripon, Salida, Modesto, Riverbank, Escalon, Lathrop, French Camp, Stockton & Tracy.
Follow-Up Consults
$150
1-hour in-home follow up consult for those located in - Manteca, Ripon, Salida, Modesto, Riverbank, Escalon, Lathrop, French Camp, Stockton & Tracy.
Travel Fees
$25+
An additional fee in addition to the visit fee if you are located outside of my service area. Fee amount depends on location of visit. Please reach out to discuss.
Other Fees:

Phone Calls for in-depth questions, up to 30 minutes.

Weekly fee for continued text/email support after the first week.
(Initial visits include 1-week of follow up support by text & email).

Cancellation Fee

Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $75 to the credit card on file. If intake paperwork, insurance information and/or applicable travel fees are not received within 12 hours of scheduled appointment time, appointments will be cancelled & the credit card on file will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If a payment was already made and the appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, the payment made will not be refunded.
