As an experienced doula & childbirth educator, I pride myself on providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information & support to prepare you for the upcoming birth of your baby.
Childbirth Education Classes
Covered by Alliance Health, Health Plan of San Joaquin & Kaiser
$100 per 1-hour class ($200 total) for self pay
(2) 1-hour 1-on-1 private childbirth education classes to help prepare you and your partner for the birth of your baby.

Doula + Feeding Support Package

This package is intended for families who are not already working with a doula and want a blend of doula support, feeding education & hands-on postpartum care.

Prenatal Support

​(1) 1.5 hour initial intake & planning session focused on:

(2) 1 hour childbirth education classes providing essential labor & birth preparation including:

Stages of labor​

Immediate postpartum expectations

Up to (2) 1 hour flexible prenatal education visits. Choose the topic that fits your needs:

Newborn Care Education- Learn about newborn cues and soothing, safe sleep, diapering, bathing and basic care.​

Prenatal Breastfeeding Education- Latching, positioning, what to expect , understanding milk supply, pumping & bottle feeding.

Postpartum Support

(2) 3 hour visits- These longer visits include hands-on, in home support such as:

Breast/bottle-feeding assistance​

Weighted feeds (if needed)

Pump set up and schedule guidance

Newborn care support

Maternal recovery check ins

Light household assistance or meal support

Time for rest and emotional support

(4-6) 1 hour visits can be used for:
